The entire team of engineers are very thorough. They take their time to explain to buyers, and homeowners what the issues are and give options. New Construction? Call them to check floor plans, specs for the foundation, talk soils, suggested drainage etc. Very important part, could save you a lot of headaches down the road. Remodeling? They are also a great resource when you are remodeling, call them to check for load-bearing walls, again calling these professionals could save you lots of time, money and grief.
